Refunds & Exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 14 days of delivery, we will refund* the purchase price. Before claiming a refund you will be required to notify us by email outlining the reason why you wish to return the product(s). You will then be issued with a return authorisation and your refund will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned product(s).
If you have purchased a wrong product, we will exchange* this for another item of equal or lesser value. If the replacement product is of higher value then the difference in price is to be paid by you. Shipping costs for the return and replacement product(s) is at your cost.
Shipping fees will not be refunded unless the goods are defective or Palilco Bee Cosmetics is at fault. Any product returned must be in undamaged condition and in its original packaging.
If your order arrives damaged or is defective in any way please contact us immediately so we may solve the issue. In the instance of damage (suspected or otherwise) due to the delivery service please photograph to item before opening.
